About Me
I'm Babs, and I am a devoted mother, wife, Reiki Master, EFT Tapping Master Practitioner, and artist. I am captivated by the realms of light, energy, and the wonders they hold. Within me flows an unyielding passion for healing—a calling inherited from the healers who surrounded my upbringing. My grandmother, a compassionate nurse, and my great uncle, a skilled doctor, instilled in me an understanding of the healing arts. As I pursued a nursing career, life blessed me with a daughter, inspiring me to explore natural and holistic approaches to family care. It was during this exploration that I serendipitously discovered that I had unknowingly been utilizing an ancient practice—a powerful healing modality—within my own caregiving approach. This revelation became the foundation of my journey.

Reiki is a tool for physical, spiritual and mental growth and healing.
From the moment we are born, we are infused and connected to reiki energy. It animates all things and connects our higher self with everything around us. As we age and experience life we develop blocks, disturbances and breaks in our meridian flow, or the energetic equivalent of the blood flow. Only instead of carrying blood, the meridians carry our life energy.
What happens if blood vessels become blocked?
A small block creates a large problem. The same happens within our meridian flow. When this happens in our energetic field we experience physical, mental and energetic imbalances.
